My age is 31. I have been trying from past 4 month. I was pregnant 11 month before but however got miscarriage. My period is 30 days cycle regular but I am not able conceive. Having folic acid from this month. Let me know where I am lacking. Due to lock down I did not go to check up. Just trying naturally.

If you have conceived before, you should conceive in future too. The chances of conception in a natural cycle with timed intercourse is around 8 percent. So be patient and relax, you will conceive.

Do not lose hope. In one month of trying only 15% couples can get pregnant (out of 100 trying for pregnancy, 15 can conceive after 1 month). Therefore, please try for another 2 months. If no results, you should do some tests to find out the cause.
