Hello, my brother who is 38 years old get his health checkup done this sunday. Got the report and in which its showing creatinine is 1.5. Fasting 103 ,pp sugar is 205 and tsh is 11.04. Every other values are normal. My concern is is there anything to worry about creatinine? As it is slightly elevated. The test was done after 12 hours fasting and he is overweight almost 103 kgs with 5'9" height. Last time 6 months back all of his test results are normal.

Tsh is on the higher side. If tsh levels r more than normal range he s hypothyroid and he needs thyroxine supplement. And as creatinine levels r high we have to do an ultrasound abdomen to know the kidney status to rule out diabetic induced nephropathy. Then consulting a nephrologist is a must. As creatinine values are usually less than 1.
