1.Do you have eye pain
2. Any ENT problem like cough
/ cold/ blocked nose?
4.Are you taking sleep properly?
Follow advise given below
Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day
Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying
Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour
Get check eyes for refractive error
Regular physical exercise and meditation
Consult Physician/ me for further management
