Although you have a just normal weight according to your height but for reducing your buttock and belly fat you have 2 options- 1.Daily Brisk cycling for 60 minutes at a speed of Apprx.18 Km/Hr 2.Join a Gym and do the following for one hour.20 minutes Tread Mill,20 minutes Cross Trainer and 20 minutes cycling. According to me both your hips nd belly will come to shape in 2 months.
