Hello doctor! my age is 26. Sometimes I have digestion problem. And sometimes when I go to toilet. I experience bleeding from anus. And not only 2,3 drops. Its heavy bleeding. I am facing this problem from 3 to 4 years. What is the main reason? What should I do?

Hi Lybrate user. As I understood that you have chronic constipation and this leads to piles/haemorrhoids. Bleeding is most likely due to piles. First of all you should be treated for constipation. For this you should take plane fibrous diet, good amount of water, do morning walk/ exercise. Take hot milk in night and laxative like syrup cremaffin plus 30 ml bedtime daily. For per rectal bleeding you should consult a surgeon. If it will be haemorrhoid then according to grade he will decide that surgical treatment is required or not. Thank you.
