Hi there ~ having inferiority complex and feeling nervous while attending interviews are symptoms of social phobia or social anxiety. I am sure you are very intelligent and hence you seem to know the answers but are not able to express due to anxiety. I recommend that you visit with a psychologist or a counselor to have yourself treated for social phobia through relaxation techniques and mindfulness meditation. Medications may also be helpful in which case you need to visit with a psychiatrist. Hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
