I am a ocd patient. I am taking fluvoxamine for the last two months. Initially everything was fine but after some days I have problems like insomnia. Some times I keep awake for the whole night. If you are already taking it in morning try looking up stimulus control and sleep restriction, these techniques help in getting your sleep back on track.
