First of all, you r not a pre-diabetic, diabetic one so, only teneligliptin is not enough to address your diabetic pathophysiology and cardiovascular safety profile. Secondly, only walking is not the sole exercise a diabetic should do .next, for your queries, the answer should be high blood sugar at morning hours is quite common due to. 1. Taking a high carb diet at dinner 2. Low dose medicine not appropriate to control fasting properly 3. Impaired fasting hyperglycemia 4. Dawn phenomenon 5. Somogyi effect 6.taking extra snacks in midnight so, please go for cgms or smbg at midnight to look into what makes your sugar high at morning. You are very young. Seems to be not in good control. You can take tab glycomet 500 mg one tablet in the night after dinner to control your fasting. Actually your hba1c is quite normal. It is only fasting hyperglycaemia is the problem. It should get controlled with glycomet only. Further if you tighten your diet, you can gradually stop glycomet as well.
