Hii I am sakshi singh 24 years old. I am a nurse by profession, one year back I was diagnosed suspected migraine for which I took amitriptyline and propranolol for one month the episodes decrease after that now since 2-3 months I have complaint of headache unilateral with nausea and vomiting and my bp ranges between 130/90 to130/94 even my normal diastolic blood pressure is not below 86 mmofhg currently I am not taking any medicine please help me out with this.
