One of my Female Friend is suffering form huge depression for being married as very one in her family are blaming her, and the younger one already had been married, she had boyfriend too but he's not able to marry her due to her family reason. And due to depression she also suffering many health issues now she has detected with Maigrain kindly let me how can we help her to get out this

Dear , Depression out of negative life events are normal and that is not called depression initially. It is called disappointment. People come out of disappointment when they realize what is right a wrong. Let your friend decide. Give her time and motivation to decide. Take care.

Obviously she is unable to decide or get over the conflict. She need to decide and grow and accept that she has responsibility to currrent commitment and accept the narcissistic injury. She may take Headst one a day if necessary and antidepressant for migraine and depression for 3 months and supportive psychotherapy.
