Ulcers on both lips, round and transparent, with depression in the middle. White patches and bands inside both the cheeks. Lot of burning of mouth. Dryness of mouth h. Under the tongue painful. Sides of the tongue ulcer like felt. Unable to eat anything. Eaten tobacco for 7 years. Please advise medication for cure of osmf iii.
