Good noon, as s creatinine range is 0.7 to 1.4 so in between range is normal, so your test report consider as normal. As alprex has no side effect on kidney except habituation ,and ceftriaxone is also safe. So do not worry. When you are in hot weather kindly keep your fluide in take 5 liter in 24 hours. Pls first stop worrying! there is a minimal increase in creat and that too by ue data its only 0.8 which is well within normal if your kidneys are working fine as you had said its nothing worry, antibiotics can make small changes or for that matter any drug will cause mild rise! this is no big issue at all I would suggest a simple urine routine to look for any urinary infection and protein in urine your bp if its under control simple ultrasound abdomen alone to be done. As per the laboratory values your renal function test is not alarmingly high. So kindly do an ultrasound abdomen to know the status of your kidneys to rule out medico renal disease and then we can further decide whether you need any medication or further treatment. Ceftriaxone usually does not damage your kidneys much so you neednt worry abt that. Â
