Hello, I am a 36 year male. From last few months having mild pain in my left hand fingers. It started from index finger then middle to ring finger. I don't feel comfortable with it, sometimes it makes pop up type sound. Even I am not able to crack my these fingers. I used to atlest exercise 4 days in a week. When I do bench press or try to hold dumbbell in left hand. I feel light pain on my palm which run upto my elbow. I don't know its serious or not but its not comfortable. I was trying to avoid it but now I feel some concern. I didn't take any kind of medicines yet. One more thing I want to add that my left shoulder was dislocated several times in past. But it came in position after few minutes ,i tried hard to set it back. But from last 4 years it didn't happen. Actually I use to take care of this hand. I started regular exercise and light weight training. My diet is simple I don't take much non veg. I eat lots of vegetables almost every kind and 1 glass milk everyday. Please suggest me what to do. Is it nerve related or bone related issue. I don't trust my local doctors. please don't mind but I don't want just pain killer if not needed. Thank you.
