I am 24 year woman. My face is affected by pimples around 1 year. The dark marks are remaining in my face and pimples again again formed. I think my face is not fully oily and not dry. Please give a remedy.

Drink 10 glasses of water daily., Avoid oily and spicy food. 3. Take 1 tsf triphala churna daily at night with luke warm water. 4. keep ur face clean specially before going to bed. 5. Take 20 ml safi syrup with water twice daily.
