Hello, Here are the directions for hair care during winter season: -Make sure you are eating at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a day. -Try wearing a stylish hat or scarf when you go out. -Keep some frizz serum in your bag in case of wet weather ruining your hair. -Always use hair conditioner on your hair shafts after each shampooing. -Try wearing your hair up rather than straightening it, or even try wearing it natural. Using a flat iron damages and dries out your hair anyway, so try to avoid this in the winter. -Look for shampoos and conditioners which aim to protect and heal your hair, making sure it's slightly more moisturizing than what you use normally, but still good for your hair type. -Stay hydrated. -Avoid excessive alcohol consumption and smoking as these are both dehydrating. -Try not to wash your hair every day because it strips away the natural oils produced by your scalp which would help to keep your scalp and hair healthy. Medication: Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 1 month.
