Sir I am not able to get out of my sleeping task. I want to sleep less and wake up more in the day circumstances. Please advice something to me. What to do?

Normally one should have sleep around 6 to 8 hrs a day/noght depending upon the type job hrs one had. So that brain works properly so reducing sleep hrs does not help for good health. Lead a healthy lifestyle. Have regular mornings walk followed by free hand exercises. And balaced diet thing will be alright?
