I have intermittent hip and back pain. Sometimes it goes to my foot when I stand for long and it affects both legs! pain goes when I take painkiller but comes again when the effectiveness of medicine goes! I have pain in centre of buttocks when sitting on floor or hard surface! doctor when physically examined I pinned point on si area so he said it is si joint pain not sciatica? Is it curable without any surgical procedure? Please help me! i'm very tensed about it! my age is 18, appetite is good, I can walk but can't sit for long! is it serious, I don't want to treat it with injections, I want some simple but effective treatment? Please suggest me! it occurs in one leg and other leg alternatively. Sometimes I feel pain in one leg sometimes other one but pain becomes worse when I dance and do strenuous activity! is it pathetic? Just cure me, I want effective & simple treatment! I felt pain in dance only when I first felt I am undergoing some problem! help me.
