I m 22 year old female My weight is 60 kg I want to loose 10 kg. I want to join gym but everyone is saying after loosing weight if I leave the gym then again i'll put on the weight is that true?

Actually the fact is that after leaving Gym ,we become complacent in our diet too and lack of exercise and increase in dieet add on to our weight.So the exact criteria after loing weight in Gym i to maintain your weight at home by continuing with morning walkss and light exercise and keep away from fried and oily food as much a you can.Our weight is a simple Mathematics,what we eat will add on and what we burn will be substracted from out weight.Point is to keep our mind strong and say no to sweets.
