My son is 4 years n 6 months old ,he is having cavities(no pain) in his premolars,kindly suggest can i wait till they fall ? As he is now brushing twice daily.

Mam they are not premolars but molars. Definitely you need to get them filled.

4years 6months there wil not be pre molars its milk teeth molar, its better to fill it when it is a small cavity other wise it wil become big by food lodgement and causes pain and nerve involvement and it may affect the permanent teeth growing below. Hence fill it when it is a small cavity itself

In 4 yrs old there will be no premolars, they are milk teeth. Those cavities should be filled as they will fall at a age of 11 yrs.
