I have a eyesight problem (myopia ).my eyesight is -2.0 both of us for last 3 year. What can I do to improve my eyesight .and sir I don't want to wear spectacles .sir plzz tell me how can I remove spectacles from my eye at home in less than one month sir plzz give me useful & important suggestions.
