Numbness slight in my right hand thumb index and long finger plus numbness in my right foot toe and heel with a foot drop also picking up in the left foot toe and heel. Difficulty in walk due to pain shooting up to my lower back aggravating both my legs on movement that create imbalance in my standing position. The nature of my work is computer related. Sitting position gives me swelling on the feet and also pain in the big toe of my right foot. I am 79 years old held by Higher Consciousness of Higher Power for works on life I take BP medicine with Dy tor 10 for water retention clearance from my body. I take one tea spoon full of Triphla at night before sleeping regularly. There are questions in what I have stated for your advice.

It appears that you have compression of the spinal cord, probably due to disc prolapse. Kindly consult a Neurologist in your neighborhood.
