Hi.I am a 24 yr old male.I am facing a lot of acne problem.Because of these pimples im not able to shave also.One of the pimples has left a scar and hole in my face.I had used acnilac soap but still no improvement.My skin is very oily as well.Please help

You are suffering from acne vulgaris. Lot of factors play a keyrole in causing acne. From what you have said looks like you are suffering from grade 4 acne vulgaris. So we need to do a thorough examination which includes clinical examination and certain investigations and then put you on treatment with topical and systemic treatment ranging from antibiotics to retinoids. And never pick the acne as they will leave very bad scars.
