I am from Mumbai.Aged 82. Due to slow down of my active life by 80 % due to age, started getting numbness on my left heel and it slowly increased upward tothe middle of my foreleg. However I am walking for about 35 minutes in the evening without any escort. I have a bp of 160/90. And sugar bet 140-160/85-110. For BP am taking since last one month only.Stamlo 5mg. My weight is 59 kg and stand from foot 164cms. Can u suggest for the numbness.?

You have most probably diabetic peripheral neuropathy. However other causes need to be excluded, like vitamin b12 deficiency, hypothyroidism, etc. Alcohol consumption for long time can also produce this. Consult a Neurologist in your neighborhood. vitamin b1 deficiency

Sir, your numbness is increasing or decreasing .If not increasing then use Tab nermax SR 75 mg at night at 8 pm.
