I'm 22 and suffering from polycythemia from last 2 months (1 jan 2020 ). My jak 2 mutation report was negative and epo and usg was normal. My hgb is continuously raising it is now (17.5 ).doctor told me to do phlebotomy every month? What shud I do further? Sir, can you tell me what polycythemia means? Is this slowly growing blood cancer? Please help me what medication should I do further? Please reply it.
