My age is 15 and I dont have a good height. Its about 5-5. I want to have at least 5-10. For that im running and exercising daily. Will it do any good. Can you help me out. Plzz.

At present what you are doing is OK.Just keep few points in mind 1.Dont ever lift weights above shoulder levels 2.Swimming classes in summers 3.Start brisk cycling daily for 45 minutes 4.Try Jumping exercise at home.Jumping to a particular point for 50-100 times at a go. Consult me when you are 16,there we will have a review.
