Hello Sir, I feel sleepy all day even if I already have slept 8hours. It distracts my concentration. What can I do? Please advice.

Having disturbed sleep due to sleep apnoea. You should start regular morning walk followed by free hand exercise. Have balanced diet have plenty of water by mouth. Lrad s healthy lifestyle. Then things will improve.
