I am 37 years old man. Last 15 day I have feeling problem in my penis. 1. Feeling inching in top of the penis (which is covered by the penis skin.) 2. Feeling watery in the inner skin surface. 3. Feeling urine urgency, but urine have not came out. 4. Usg is done, kidney is ok, prostate size is 18 gm 4. I have took soliten 5 mg last 10 day, but the improvement is not up to mark.

Your symptoms are suggestive of uti with urethritis, are you able to retract your foreskin? If the undersurface of foreskin is not cleaned regularly, it results in build up of secretions called smegma which can cause uti. It is not advisable to take solifenacin without ruling out uti, get a urine routine, urine culture done and send me the reports.
