After waking up in the morning my toe place is not normal and I feel pain for about just 5 minuted. Why like this? For the last 6 months it is happening daily.

Do contrast bath (hot & cold bath) of your foot twice regularly for 30 min. Each time with 5 min. Dip in hot water immediately followed by cold water bath of foot. Take physiotherapy sessions for us, pwb.
