Hello librate user, consult only one doctor.Have trust in doctor first n the medicine they prescribed you. Most of time anxiety is there with ocd or any other mental illnesses. The burning sensation is the withdrawal symptoms of discontinuing medicine.Medicine will only work if you have trust in the doctor

Best way would be to get evaluated independently by another practitioner with certain psychological assessment tools, anxiety is frequently comorbid to ocd, but ocd in itself is a severe mental disorder which requires long term treatment with sufficient dosage. Your prescription doesn't suggest dosage of ocd, so in short you need proper reassessment before starting any medicine.
