Suddenly I got cramp in my knee and fell down there was bit swelling and pain I got my xray done there was nothing in it. Doctors gave me medication. Its almost 10 days I am not able to fold my leg and move properly whenever I use to fold my leg there is a cramp in my knee for few seconds it stuck at that place. Please tell me what to do. Doctor have given me brace to wear.

Just apply some warm castor oil and tie up the knee with a plastic sheet and leave it overnight and remove it the next day. Try it.
