,i am married since 9 years but we don't have children .My sperm count is 40 million with 10% motility ,how can i increase my count and motility,i am using some supplements since 2 years with a doctor prescription but their no much progress in my sperm count please advice me with good medicines. Suppliments will only work if we know the exact cause of semen defect. Your sperm count is normal- increase in count won't help. What we need to assess is the motility. Before advising drugs, I want to find out the cause of low motility. And remember, even if we can't increase motility, in rare circumstances still you can father a baby with our own sperms.
