I am 18 years old and my sperm ejaculates again and again without any masturbation. Mei 5 months s smoking aur alcohol nhi use krta. And from that time I go to gym regularly and my diet is simple and natural like everyone and I have protien shake daily after the gym. But I have a problem of sperm leakage.
