Hi sir since 1 week I feel full stomach I dnt like to eat anything feeling whole stomach is full all time feel bloating and gas inside stomach which seems large belly I take reprazole20 I took syrup digene also and I take equirex at bed time what shall I do my stomach feels so heaviness please suggest me any medicine.

Dear Lybrateuser, - along with medication also follow some dietary precautions: - avoid fried, spicy, sour, junk foods, restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day if you have more, also avoid gas forming foods such as beans, pulses, raw onion, garlic, tomatoes, vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, radish, also all aerated drinks, alcohol & tobacco if you take - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals for proper digestion, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals, have a light dinner at night at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper digestion - reduce weight by diet and exercise if overweight - continue with medication as prescribed by your doctor.
