Hi. A syndrome is a set of medical signs and symptoms that are correlated with each other. A disease is a particular abnormal condition, a disorder of a structure or function, that affects part or all of an organism. Disease is often construed as a medical condition associated with specific symptoms and signs. So, we can call by either of them PCOS or PCOD!
