Hi doctor, I am 26 years old, female. I am very lean and I have pcod. I am undergoing treatment for the same. My marriage is fixed for april, and my problem is currently for the past 3-4 years, not getting interested in sex. Previously during the college days and all, if I use to see any film songs with any tiny intimate scene itself, I will be feeling good, and I can sense that mood change. But now even after watching any scenes, I don't feel anything. I feel zero interest in sex, and I am afraid that it will affect my marriage life. I really love my partner a lot ,but I don't have any feelings for sex. I have checked my prolactin, and they are in normal range. Is this low libido condition because of pcod? Or due to any other lack of any other hormone. Looking forward for your reply. Because of thinking about this, I really can't sleep now. Please help me doctor.
