I am 22 years boy and I masturbate once a week not for sexual urge but strictly with discipline because I read that cleaning of pipes is necessary to avoid prostate cancer later in life. Is this true fact? Tell me whether Masturbation is necessary? Does it really help someone understand his body and help him for future sex life? Is once a week frequency healthy?

Mastubation will lead to psychatric disturbance in near future and if you don't do it there is no risk of prostatic cancer and I will suggest you not to do it
