Hi I am 28 year old I am working near high tension power line around 40 feet since 3 months now I feel headache changed my skin color fatigue and internal heat heart beat high there is metal fabrication work like welding grinding so to much sound happened. Is this a symptoms of blood cancer or brain tumor .and 4 days ago mosquito bit my body at night I am confused.
