I'm 20 years old and I'm suffering from dandruff and itching(even my nose is spotted, and I've read somewhere it is one of the symptoms of severe dandruff). I wanted to go visit a doctor, but considering that the medicines may have side effects, I first I want to treat it naturally if possible. I've tried a few methods like using lemon juice(diluted), apple cider vinegar, neem leaves etc, but the cure isn't permanent. I'm only able to cure it temporarily. I request you to suggest me the methods I need to employ to try to control it naturally(if possible), if I need to visit a doctor then how often should I visit a doctor. I also need clarification whether I need to take a shower regularly/not. (I know it maybe too much to ask, but I have too much on my mind, so I don't know what to do)
