I am suffering from acne

Dear user, it is important to always keep your skin clean. Drinking at least 3 litres of water daily will help in cleansing toxins from the body. You can make a face pack by mixing 2 tsp of chandan powder, 1 tsp multani mitti powder, 1 pinch haldi, 1 pinch neem powder, rose water and 3-4 drops of lemon juice. Apply the pack on face and neck and keep it until it dries. Wash the face with plain water. Using a mild face wash can also help in getting rid of acne. Eating lots of juicy fruits like oranges, apples and avoiding spicy, oily, fried and junk food will also will you a glowing skin. Avoiding tea and coffee will also give you desired results. Doing pranayama daily for 15 minutes will also help in preventing pimple or acne from popping.

Hello there, pimples can be handled in the following manner: 1. Use face glow product from pranacharya; apply it on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Later wash your face with warm water. 2. You can consume b clean syrup 2 teaspoons twice daily and allergen capsule one each in the morning and evening. Both these are pranacharya products. 3. Use neem based ayurvedic soaps for washing your face.
