Hi, I am suffering from hemerriods (fishers), I am staying in hostel. How to reduce the issue in constipation. I am loosing blood and straining due to this without strain I can not pass stool. Suggest quick solution for now. If fibre supplements tell me name so that I can purchase that by avoiding fake brands.

Hemorrhoids and fissures are two different diseases. But I can understand that the main problem is constipation. Definitely the answer is add fibres in diet, by adding salads, green vegetables and whole fruits. This plus plenty of water 2 to 3 litres will solve your problem. The fibre supplements or other medicines if you want to know. Can consult me online privately. So that I can know your complete symptoms and prescribe. You can consult a good surgeon in hyderabad if you have fissure bcoz it needs surgery. And hemorrhoids need to be confirmed by rectal examination.
