Dear Sir, I seek your valuable suggestions and advise on a few personal problems of mine due to which I am a bit upset recently. I got married this year (2015) in the month of September and stayed with my wife for 20 days after marriage. I work in Oman and hence I had to return to job soon after marriage. My area of concern is that I was unable to have sex (Not even once) with my wife after marriage. Though I used to get erections during foreplay but right at the time of penetration I would get very nervous and lose the erection. This happened each time I tried having sex (I tried about 5 to 6 times) and every time I was unsuccessful. Initially for a few times I thought that it may be performance anxiety and pressure as I have never had sex before marriage due to religious reasons but it kept happening and I would lose my erection at the time of penetration each time. I am a normal and healthy 28 year old male with straight orientation and easily get turned on but I don?t know what happened to me after marriage. I would like to bring to your notice that I had been badly addicted to masturbation for last 6 to7 years. I am afraid if this habit has caused me these problems now in my married life (but I used to have strong erections during masturbation). For your info I have stopped masturbating since April, 2015(that is I have not masturbated for last 7 months). I do get erections but it makes me very upset to think about what happened to me after my wedding as I was not able to have sex with my wife even once. Please advise what corrective measures I should adopt to avoid these embarrassing and disturbing events in my future life
