My name is udayan i am 48 years old having no health problems till date,My only issue is that i have a small bulged Tummy, which i want to reduce.My height is 5.11 & present weight is 78 kgs .Off recently early morning i go for a brisk walk approx 2.5 kms. Please give your valuable suggestion as t how i can reduce my tummy ?

To reduce on the tummy along with brisk walk add stretching and some kind of floor exercise for 15 min. Eat lots of salads and fruits & drink lots of water
