Hi, I got married. Due to my work pressure I used to eat food in fast food centres. Now I'm weighing more weight. Before marriage my weight is around 55 kgs now I weighs 75 kgs. I am trying to be fit. Can anyone suggest me proper diet?

Stop taking fast food .try to prepare fresh food and avoid still food. should take timely food i.e breakfast , lunch and dinner . breakfast you can have daliya or pongal or poha or upma or idle in between 8am to 9am. lunch you can take complete meals and include butter milk and salad in between 1pm to 2pm. Dinner you can have light food kichadi or 2 chapatis and 1 bol sazi in between 7pm to 8pm if you r not much hungry or late for you dinner can avoid . you can take 1 glass milk with1 bol makhana.
