I,m a 66kg with 5 ft 3.5inch heighted woman & need to loose 7 kg with in 3months. I hv my brakefast with 3 nos of brown bread, approx 75grm with rice with veg & fish(50grms), in between take dry fruits(limited), one any fruit, one cup tee at evening without sugar with biscuits, & dinner with either chicken stew or 50grms daal with veg or special k corn flex(35grms) with 150ml milk my question is is my diet ok to loose 7 kg within 3 months?
