Yesterday Ifelt a mild pain in my molar but it went away in a couple of minutes, there is no cavity and I am past my wisdom tooth age. Should I see a dentist or let it be.

Mild pain could also be there due to gum problems, also there could be a cavity in between the teeth which is not visible to the naked eye there is no harm in getting a dental check up done.

It may b cavitation or gum disease. You need cleaning or removal of cavitation. You ned to consult a dentist.
