I am 34 a female and 17 years back I had cesarean delivery. Today I am facing severe pains while excreting I do not have piles neither is there any bleeding but I am unable to have a satisfactorily empty stomach and I have to bear the pains in my pass out area the whole day. Kindly sugest me and help me.
