I am 44 year old. My both scrotum mild enlargement. It seems like hydrocele. Ultras scan report indicate both testis have multi septic cystic lesion. Largest one measure is 3.6x3.0 cm right testis & 3.3x 3.0cm on left testis. No pain. I will undergo medical fitness for gulf. Is it acceptable for physical fitness test. Can I undergo surgery. Advice.
