At the age of 16 I had difficulty in breathing with cough n cold. In 2017 at the age of 26 it re occurred. xray blood test done, doctor said its just dyspnea. Cured very easily with deriphyllin and kofarest. Now in 2019, one cold night in november, I tour by bike wearing only a shirt, from that day breathing difficulty started. It just come and go within 15 min to 30 or 45 min without taking any medication. What should I do? Is it going to recur in future? I did travel to coldest places it didn't happened. Is there any practice I can do to stop this dyspnea? Along with dyspnea I am feeling a lump in throat and acidity for a month now which goes by taking digene. Is this two are linked?
