Hi i'm 19 and I used to weigh 47 kg but I took apetamin and I weighed 55 kg. But I stopped it due to what I heard that it isn't good. And my weight reduced to 49 kg. Then I started taking water-on but I don't think it works. Can you pls help? Do you think I should still take water on? Or is there any other safe drug.

Hi, Please do not opt for any drugs as they all have side-effects. Also it cannot be taken for a long time.Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy .Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like Banana or Mango milkshake, Mix nuts and dryfruit chikkis, Soya or paneer veg rolls etc. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk,curd,Paneer, Meat,Fish,Eggs etc. Include essential fats like Almonds,walnuts,flaxseeds etc. Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. Do not fast or overeat as this will not help.
