Dear take small and light meals. Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks and fried snacks in office. Instead prefer lemon water. Drink glass of water after every hour. Take deep breath for 5 min after 2 hours in fresh and open space. Walk here and there in office after 2-3 hrs for 5-10 min. Try to do brisk morning walk daily for 20 min at least. Take 2 tab chitrakadi vati twice a day with water after meals/ 15 days.
